Ask about Jim Zaniello with any of his colleagues, clients, candidates or peers. Ask – but don’t expect a simple or short answer.

You’ll hear the same things, over and over again. The consummate search professional. Absolute integrity and reliability, with a near-compulsion to over-achieve and over-deliver both the perfect candidates and innovative answers to the questions that trouble organizational leaders. As an ambitious and talented graduate of St. Bonaventure University, he initially worked in a series of increasingly responsible jobs for various national trade associations, and leveraged his BA degree in mass communications as editor and managing director of CEO Update.

Jim is a sought-after speaker and commentator on leadership issues, as well as an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). He also has focused on bringing greater diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility into the search process and a broad array of organizations and other enterprises across our modern society.
