From identifying talent to ensuring an excellent client experience, Mary Ellen Brennan brings it all! Grounded in all aspects of HR and experienced in association management, Mary Ellen excels at evaluating talent for her clients. She applies listening skills developed through interviewing and coaching to capture and communicate detailed information about candidates’ skills and experience.
Mary Ellen developed a passion for associations in her previous role at American Industrial Hygiene Association. She led the human resources and talent function and was a trusted confidante to the CEO. Mary Ellen developed skills and interests in onboarding, recruiting and selection, working with a board of directors, and project management.
Mary Ellen holds an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Music magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from Society for Human Resource Management, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
