Vetted Solutions Expands Chicago, IL and Washington, DC Teams

Leslie M. Stokes Joins Specialist Search Firm; Rosenberg, Malpica and Benjamin Expand Roles

Vetted Solutions has responded to the growing demand for its executive search services with important additions to the firm’s leadership team and promotion of several key staff members.

Leslie M. Stokes, a noted and highly respected leadership figure from the health-care sector, joins the senior leadership team as Vice President, based in Chicago, reporting directly to James Zaniello, founder and president of Vetted Solutions.

Jude Rosenberg rejoins Vetted Solutions as Senior Associate with a strong focus on equitably identifying and assessing highly qualified candidates meeting the individual needs and expectations of clients.

David Malpica returns to the firm as a Senior Associate in Washington, D.C., where his expertise in technology and experience in diverse talent acquisition roles will expand the firm’s research and project management capabilities.

Ari Benjamin becomes a firm Associate, after a highly successful stint as operations manager in the Washington, D.C. office.

“What we’re doing today reflects both the exceptional capabilities of some very talented people and the confidence our clients continue to place in our firm,” said Zaniello. “We’ve grown steadily over the past decade by combining real search expertise with a passion for finding and recruiting the exceptional talent that makes our clients succeed. These four people embody that philosophy perfectly.”

As Vice President, Stokes will join Norris Orms in Chicago as one of the firm’s most senior officers, with a focus on serving the rising demand for leadership from the health care and medical sector. Her resume includes prominent leadership roles for such leading names as the American Medical Association, Baxter Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson and Merck. Additionally, she served as Interim CEO of the American Brain Tumor Association. While her professional focus has been in healthcare, she has also served in civic and professional roles for a wide range of groups, including the Black Women in Science and Engineering Stem Program and the National Black MBA Association.

She is a popular public speaker on diversity, equity, inclusion and access (DEIA) issues and is active in numerous mentoring and leadership-development programs. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business from Temple University.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to apply all that I’ve learned about the broad health-care field and to assist in identifying the right talent for a high-performing health-care system,” Stokes said. “We need exceptional leaders who understand the nuances of healthcare and can build that system, and that’s what Vetted Solutions is all about – helping clients find the best available talent to help organizations meet their goal.”

Zaniello cited her broad experience as an additional resource across the full spectrum of the firm’s clients. “Leslie is a recognized and respected figure far beyond the health-care arena,” he said. “Her insights into effective leadership in today’s world will be invaluable to any organization.”

As a self-described “candidate care” specialist, Rosenberg adds to the firm’s exhaustive candidate identification and evaluative capabilities. Her extensive experience and focus on this essential element of search has made her highly popular among clients nationwide and a key asset to her Vetted Solutions colleagues.

A native of Venezuela, Malpica also returns to the firm after expanding his skill set in talent acquisition roles in the consulting world, especially in the use of technology to enrich organizational research activities and to improve project-management processes related to human resources and recruitment. His multicultural background and personal involvement with the arts, music and entertainment community have helped him develop a noteworthy ability to look beyond tradition and convention in crafting innovative leadership solutions. He holds a BA degree from Syracuse University.

Benjamin has built a reputation among the firm’s clients and his colleagues as an exceptional operations manager, applying the organizational and project-management skills gained through service with the Israeli Defense Forces to provide consistent delivery of the personalized service demanded by clients. His new role will enable him to expand his scope of duties and his involvement in the search process, helping maintain the firm’s stringent service standards as its client roster continues to expand

Vetted Solutions specializes in serving the leadership needs of associations, nonprofits and other purpose-driven organizations. Since its founding in 2010, the firm has become one of the fastest growing executive search firms in the industry, with a staff of more than 20 operating from offices in Washington, D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles.
