Catherine Brown defies the traditional credentials touted by even the most accomplished search professional. Cathy consistently delivers what clients agree are exceptional candidates. But her formula for success is more than decades of search experience and a lifetime of service within the healthcare field. Cathy adds a noteworthy awareness and appreciation of the wider world in which the search industry and clients must operate.

Beyond her recognized expertise in the healthcare field, Cathy is an active champion of racial equity, criminal justice and the other expanding concerns of our evolving society. Combined with a diligent, insightful approach to search, she consistently helps drive not just successful search results but the greater understanding of the importance of those social concerns in building the inclusive organizations that excel.

Cathy has decades of experience in the nonprofit community, working in senior leadership and governance posts with various philanthropic groups and professional associations. She is a Certified Association Executive and a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She received her Bachelor of Science Degree (Nursing) from Hunter College of The City University of New York and her Masters of Science Degree (Nursing) from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also minored in Health Care Management at the Wharton School of Business.
