Diversity and Inclusion: Core Values Among Associations
Vetted Solutions, partnering with George Mason University Law School professor Dr. David K. Rehr, released the results of a survey on diversity and inclusion within trade associations and professional societies. The survey is one of the first to analyze qualitatively the state of the association community’s efforts to integrate diversity and inclusion into their day-to-day operations and their plans for recruiting and staff development. In addition, the research also provides examples of practical steps associations are currently making, which can serve as guidance for other organizations.
