Jim Datri Named AESC CEO

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants has selected James Edmund Datri as its next CEO, effective January 1, 2025. Datri is a transformative leader, having elevated associations’ impact in prior roles. He joins AESC from the American Society of Media Photographers, where as CEO he built the organization’s first corporate membership program, launched a global photography competition with TIME, and dramatically grew the organization’s revenue, membership, and reach internationally. Prior to ASMP, he served as president and CEO of the American Advertising Federation. Both organizations have recognized his transformational leadership with emeritus titles.
