When Judy Walker talks about leadership in the world of associations, nonprofits and other purpose-driven organizations, people pay attention. Clients and colleagues alike know that after a career devoted to that subject – backed by her impeccable record of delivering superior leadership candidates – Judy knows what she is talking about.

Judy spent more than 20 years with SmithBucklin Corporation, where her success in managing large associations fueled a steady increase in her roles and responsibilities. As Executive Vice President, she served on the management committee with responsibility for the profitability of the healthcare business unit and its hiring and employee oversight activities. She went on to provide independent consulting services, including strategic planning, operational audits and select senior executive search and recruitment, for clients across the healthcare field. She performed similar duties as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Osteoporosis Foundation.

Judy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from St Mary’s College, Notre Dame, and a Master of Arts degree in education from Trinity College. She has also competed all course work toward a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Catholic University.
